Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at CutePaw. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

### 1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during peak holiday seasons or major sales events), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

### 2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active and show updates within 2-5 business days.

*Note on Multiple Shipments:* If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. This allows us to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

### 3. Estimated Shipping Time
To offer you the most competitive prices, we work with global partners and manufacturers. Products are shipped directly from our overseas fulfillment warehouses. Estimated delivery times based on your location are as follows:

- **United States:** 7-15 Business Days
- **Canada, Europe, & Australia:** 10-20 Business Days
- **Rest of the World:** 15-30 Business Days

*Please note these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or severe weather conditions.*

### 4. Shipping Rates
- **Standard Shipping (Orders $50.00 and over):** Free (Available for Select Countries*)
- **Standard Shipping (Orders under $50.00):** Flat rate of $5.99
- **Express Shipping (Insured & Fast Delivery):** Flat rate of $15.00

*Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for main destination countries (including the US, Canada, UK, and Australia) upon meeting the minimum order amount. For certain remote regions or countries with restricted logistics, standard regional shipping fees may apply at checkout.

All shipping charges will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

### 5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
CutePaw is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check your country's local customs policy before placing an order.

### 6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. 

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so address changes can only be guaranteed within 12 hours of purchase. While we will do our best to help you after this window, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed by our fulfillment center. Our store is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

### 7. Lost or Stolen Packages
CutePaw is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
